CERETETH (CEnter for REsearch & TEchnology THessaly) is one of CERETETH’s four institutes in Greece. CERETETH was founded in 2006, as a legal entity of private low, and is a non-profit organization. CERETETH’s aims are both basic and applied research leading to the production of innovative results that can be used for the discovery of different types of drugs or diagnostic methods for the timely diagnosis and treatment of human diseases. Research conducted at CERETETH has three axes: a) it provides knowledge to the international scientific community (publications), b) it takes advantage of innovative data either by establishing spin-off companies for further development of products/methods, and c) it provides specialized services of high diagnostic value utilizing the institute’s researches’ know-how and research activity. |
